We have a large number of friends who were keenly interested to live our old age together. At first we were trying to make a village home around capital city Dhaka and after a long searching we chose our present area at Kaliganj Deotola of Gazipur. This area is covered with green plants and open water which looks like heaven. At the beginning, we started small but now its a large area of 100 bighas of land surrounded by beels & lakes which looks like an Island. Its location is perfects for agro project also. Thats why we are proceeding towards fishery, dairy food products and organic fruits & vegetables. Now this is a unique Agro Resorts which will fulfill our great demand of fresh foods and soothes our heart & mind. This is our united kingdom of next generation as well as mine. We are connecting like minded people from home & abroad to create a happy community club. We will live and enjoy a pleasant family life here till death.

Life is full of joy and happiness if we can live in a supreme community. We are creating a unique community where we can share our sorrow and joy. Beside Holiday Resorts campus, we are building a common courtyard of some Exclusive Villa where community members will enjoy their family programs or community programs. Members can pass their idle time in community courtyard any time they like. There will be a great opportunity for meditation and reading in a rich library. There will be a charity fund for mankind service like health, education and food distribution. This is not only a resort but also a life style where members can earn a halal income and refresh his soul with fresh foods & luxurious natural life. Here in Holiday Resort, each share holder will be secured with registered saaf kabla deed. So we will all be kings in our own kingdom. Let’s live together for a prospective and luxurious life. Share Holder's Facilities

All the share holders will enjoy their facilities as per their share category stated as below:

Share holders will enjoy premium cottage, boating, fishing & sightseeing. Their friends & relatives will be honored with 10% discount on all facilities. They will get prime/Vip Entry card of the project.
Each Share holder with Spouse will enjoy free staying at resort cottage every year as per share category & 20% discount will be effective on food items during free staying.
Any guest of share holder will enjoy 10% discount on all facilities.
Share holders are eligible to purchase agro products from the project by production cost only.
Share holder/spouse/children can learn swimming free of cost in the Swimming pool.
Share holders will be invited to the Resort with spouse at annual General meeting each year & Profit share will be declared during AGM.
Share holders are free from all kinds of responsibilities & liabilities concerning all kinds of project maintenance management and development works.

Our Share Holder's Overview

Every share holder will get a registered deed of land to secure his/her share investment. He/she can transfer/sell the share afterwards if necessary. All the share holders will be honored as beneficiary members of the project.

Duplex Room

Luxurious two-floor duplex suite ideal for families or groups. Features 2 bedrooms, a living area, full kitchen, premium bathrooms, and private terrace with nature views.

Simplex Room

Spacious simplex room with elegant interiors. Features a king-size bed, premium bathroom, mini-bar, air conditioning, and a panoramic view of the lush eco-resort surroundings.

Studio Room

Cozy studio room perfect for couples. Features a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking the resort garden. Ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Day Long Package

A common room will be provided for freshening up and luggage. Meals are included, but rooms are not. Room booking is available at an extra cost.
